KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding project requirements, ideas, and evidence of design execution
• Using graphic techniques to produce company logos, banners, and interfaces
• Pitching creative concepts and collaborating with the wider team to launch projects
• Performing other tasks related to graphic design such as writing computer code for websites or designing web pages
• Highly skilled in the latest Adobe Suite and the willingness to learn new technologies

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar environment
• Multi-disciplinary with digital experience
• Highly skilled with design software and graphics editing software such as Adobe Suite
• Passionate about design and brand
• Consistency regardless of project size
• A keen eye for detail and a talent for creativity and problem-solving

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determine the structure and design of web pages
• Establish high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
• Ensure user experience determines design choices
• Develop features to enhance the user experience
• Analyse and identify any usability issues
• Optimise web pages for maximum speed and scalability
• Utilise a variety of markup languages to write web pages
• Regularly perform user testing and identify any potential issues on the company sites
• Create websites, web applications and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Ad hoc tasks depending on the businesses needs

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in computer science or similar
• Understanding of key design principles
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator
• Understanding of SEO principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Detailed orientated and able to meet tight deadlines

• Evaluate trends, new data and stay up to date with the latest marketing techniques
• Create and implement a customised marketing plan
• Form brand standards to ensure all products are compliant
• Oversee, assign daily workflows, and monitor deadlines and budgets

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 5 years digital experience
• A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices
• In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
• Have strong knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite and other related software
• Proven experience with concept development
